My real estate journey? Let’s just say it started with a serious case of shiny object syndrome. I love learning (sometimes to a fault), but I kept jumping between strategies instead of finding my lane. I knew I wasn’t cut out to be a fix-and-flipper or manage huge rental portfolios, but I loved helping the people who were crushing it in those spaces.
Then a fellow investor—an absolute rockstar—saw something in me that I didn’t see in myself. She recognized I was naturally good at the behind-the-scenes work that helps others scale. That’s when SquadUp Services was born: helping real estate investors achieve their goals by handling what they don’t want to or don’t have time for.
Here’s the thing—technology and AI are amazing, but sometimes you just need to talk through challenges with someone who gets it. I want to be that person for my clients (who quickly become friends). I may not know everything, but I’ll move mountains to find the answers.
